hi, i’m Steph
Food has always been central to my life, representing a sociable moment and influencing my well-being profoundly. Inspired by my mother's love for cooking and hosting, I pursued studies in hospitality at EHL Business School. Realising the importance of a balanced life, I embraced nourishing foods and lifestyle adjustments, overcoming anxiety. Finding guidance in Ayurveda and completing a Yoga Teacher Training further deepened my journey toward well-being. I'm passionate about sharing vegetarian and vegan recipes as well as integrating Yogic and Ayurvedic principles into daily life. ♡
