Food has always been central to my life. I've long believed in its direct impact on mental and physical well-being. Through nourishment and lifestyle changes, I overcame personal challenges, particularly anxiety. My vegetarian recipes and lifestyle tips aim to promote holistic well-being and elevate your overall health.
My wellness journey began in childhood, filled with outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, and soccer. Inspired by my mother’s passion for cooking and hosting, I pursued studies in Hospitality Management at EHL Business School, immersing myself in the world of food, hospitality, and management. However, as I grew older, I realised the importance of a balanced life and sought a more targeted exercise approach to enhance specific muscle groups and flexibility, leading me to discover yoga.
Initially drawn to vigorous yoga classes, aiming to challenge myself physically, I soon found solace in slower, more mindful practices. Simultaneously, my focus shifted towards nourishing foods and lifestyle adjustments aiding overcoming anxiety.
My fascination for holistic approached grew and in 2022, I embarked on a transformative Ayurveda detox experience. Allowing myself to learn and integrate this ancient wisdom into my daily life.
Inspired by a conversation with my sister, who envisioned me as a yoga instructor, my curiosity on yoga and it’s philosophy grew. In the summer of 2023, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sanapurna Yoga Academy. This immersive experience not only provided me with insight into anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and teaching but also ignited a passion for sharing yoga's transformative power with others.
Today, I integrate basic principles of Yoga and Ayurveda into my daily life, experiencing profound transformations. I am committed to sharing my insights and recipes, emphasising the importance of manageable daily habits in promoting overall well-being. ♡
