Hey there! I'm Steph

My journey into wellness began with a childhood filled with outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, and soccer. As I transitioned into adulthood, I felt the need for a more targeted approach to exercise, focusing on specific muscle groups and improving flexibility. That's when I discovered yoga.

Initially drawn to vigorous classes that challenged me physically, I soon found myself gravitating towards slower, more mindful practices. The profound impact on my mind and body was undeniable. Inspired by a conversation with my sister during a holiday, where she envisioned me as a yoga instructor, I decided to delve deeper into this ancient practice.

In the summer of 2023, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sanapurna Yoga Academy. This immersive experience gave me an insight into anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and teaching, fuelling my passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.♡
